Aceasta \u00eenseamn\u0103 s\u0103 ave\u021bi politicile \u0219i procedurile potrivite pentru a v\u0103 proteja angaja\u021bii de r\u0103niri, boli \u0219i v\u0103t\u0103m\u0103ri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00cen\u021belegerea standerdelor de securitate \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tate \u00een munc\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Implementarea standardelor de securitate \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tate la locul de munc\u0103 este esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru a asigura un mediu de lucru sigur pentru angaja\u021bi. Securitatea \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u00een munc\u0103 reprezint\u0103 o prioritate pentru orice afacere pentru a asigura bun\u0103starea \u0219i protec\u021bia angaja\u021bilor, precum \u0219i redcerea riscului de accidente \u0219i \u00eemboln\u0103viri la locul de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2teva din protocoalel de siguran\u021b\u0103, care ar putea fi introduse, includ:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Purtarea echipamentului individual de protetie (EIP);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Efectuarea de evalu\u0103ri ale riscurilor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementarea unei ventila\u021bii adecvate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Furnizarea de instruire \u00een materie de siguran\u021b\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obliga\u021biile angajatorului pentru securitatea \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea la locul de munc\u0103 (SSM)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Angajatorii sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 ia toate m\u0103surile de precau\u021bie necesare pentru a evita \u00eemboln\u0103virile profesionale sau accidentele de munc\u0103. Ace\u0219tia trebuie s\u0103 fie pe deplin con\u0219tien\u021bi de reglement\u0103rile de securitate \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tate la locul de munc\u0103 \u0219i trebuie s\u0103 le respecte cu rigurozitate pentru a preveni accidentele de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legea 319\/2006<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Art. 13.<\/strong> &#8211; Angajatorii au urm\u0103toarele responsabilit\u0103\u021bi de a men\u021bine securitatea \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u00een munc\u0103, de a evita accidentele de munc\u0103 \u0219i bolile profesionale:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Adoptarea de solu\u021bii \u00een conformitate cu legisla\u021bia \u00een vigoare privind securitatea \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea la locul de munc\u0103 care pot fi utilizate pentru eliminarea sau diminuarea acestora din fazele de cercetare, proiectare \u0219i construc\u021bie, precum \u0219i dezvoltarea tehnologiilor de fabrica\u021bie a pericolelor, accidentelor \u0219i \u00eemboln\u0103virilor la locul de munc\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 creeze o strategie de prevenire \u0219i protec\u021bie bazat\u0103 pe evaluarea riscurilor \u0219i care s\u0103 includ\u0103 m\u0103suri tehnice, sanitare, organizatorice \u0219i de alt\u0103 natur\u0103 care s\u0103 fie implementate \u00een conformitate cu circumstan\u021bele unice de lucru ale unit\u0103\u021bii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cenainte de \u00eenceperea oric\u0103rei activit\u0103\u021bi, trebuie s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 autoriza\u021bia de func\u021bionare din perspectiva securit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii la locul de munc\u0103 \u00een condi\u021biile legii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 clarifice angaja\u021bilor prin fi\u0219a postului \u00eendatoririle \u0219i obliga\u021biile care \u021bin de securitatea \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u00een munc\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trebuie s\u0103-\u0219i creeze propriile linii directoare, \u00een conformitate cu spiritul legisla\u021biei, pentru \u00eendeplinirea \u0219i\/sau implementarea cerin\u021belor de securitate \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tate \u00een munc\u0103, lu\u00e2nd \u00een considerare aspectele unice ale sarcinilor \u0219i mediilor aflate sub controlul lor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 supravegheze \u00een\u021belegerea \u0219i executarea m\u0103surilor din planul de protec\u021bie preventiv \u0219i de stabilitate, precum \u0219i a cerin\u021belor legale de securitate \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tate la locul de munc\u0103, fie prin personal desemnat, fie prin servicii externe;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 ia m\u0103suri pentru a se asigura c\u0103 lucr\u0103torii au acces la informa\u021bii \u0219i resurse de formare, cum ar fi postere, pamflete, videoclipuri \u0219i prezent\u0103ri despre securitatea \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea la locul de munc\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 garanteze c\u0103 fiecare persoan\u0103 este informat\u0103 cu privire la pericolele la care este expus\u0103 la locul de munc\u0103, precum \u0219i m\u0103surile de prevenire \u0219i protec\u021bie necesare \u00eenainte de angajare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trebuie s\u0103 ia m\u0103suri pentru a se asigura c\u0103 meseriile \u0219i profesiile reglementate de legisla\u021bia relevant\u0103 pot fi practicate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 garanteze c\u0103 sistemele de protec\u021bie, instrumentele de m\u0103surare \u0219i control, precum \u0219i instala\u021biile de captare, p\u0103strare \u0219i neutralizare a compu\u0219ilor periculo\u0219i emi\u0219i \u00een timpul opera\u021biunilor tehnologice, func\u021bioneaz\u0103 permanent \u0219i corect;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 furnizeze inspectoratelor de munc\u0103 eviden\u021bele \u0219i rapoartele de care au nevoie pentru controlul sau investigarea incidentelor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 garanteze desf\u0103\u0219urarea ac\u021biunilor pe care inspectoratele de munc\u0103 le dirijeaz\u0103 \u00een timpul vizitelor de control \u0219i al investiga\u021biei incidentelor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 identifice salaria\u021bii care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 participe la gestionarea sau investigarea evenimentelor la solicitarea inspectoratului de munc\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 nu modifice faptele \u00een starea lor ca urmare a unui accident mortal sau a unui accident de grup, cu excep\u021bia cazului \u00een care acest lucru ar provoca alte accidente sau ar pune \u00een pericol via\u021ba r\u0103ni\u021bilor \u0219i altor persoane;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 ofere instrumente sigure ale meseriei pentru securitatea \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea angaja\u021bilor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 garanteze echipamentul individual de protec\u021bie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 \u00eenlocuiasc\u0103 echipamentul individual de protec\u021bie care s-a degradat sau \u0219i-a pierdut capacit\u0103\u021bile de protec\u021bie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicatiessm.ro\/blog\/?p=372&amp;preview=true\"><em>Cite\u0219te \u0219i despre &#8220;C\u00e2nd poate fi angajatorul responsabil \u00een domeniul SSM&#8221;
